I am a huge coffee fan here at Bell Curve Roasters. Starting in 2010, I sourced beans from all over the world and roasted them in an ever-improving series of self-constructed roasters to enjoy at home and share with friends and family. In 2018, I was able to purchase my first commercial roaster, which allowed me to take the next big step and create one-of-a-kind, custom coffees on a larger scale.
